Notice to All Tenants

We are all being asked to make changes to our regular routines in relation to the ongoing situation with COVID-19. Royal Realty Services Ltd. is taking measures to protect the health and well being of our tenants, employees and contractors. Effective 4:30pm, Tuesday March 17, 2020 our main office and all onsite Resident Manager offices will be closed to the public until further notice.

Our staff will continue to provide all necessary management services to all Royal Realty tenants during this difficult time and remain available to you by phone. Please direct your phone calls to your onsite Resident Manager or our office.

For those tenants who may be adversely affected or experience undue financial hardship related to the current public health situation, please advise our office so that we may work with you to make any necessary arrangements with regard to rent or fee payments during this difficult time.
